Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
By accessing or using Relicário, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
Use of Relicário constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the service. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of service
Relicário is a platform for cataloging and tracking audiovisual works — anime, series, and films. The service allows users to record, organize, rate, and track works of interest, as well as interact with a community of fans.
3. Registration and account
Full access to the platform requires creating an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User content
By publishing content on the platform (reviews, lists, comments), you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Relicário a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Publishing illegal, offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
Relicário respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Images, posters, and artwork of cataloged works belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely for identification and reference purposes. See our Copyright Policy for the content removal process.
6. Prohibited uses
Users may not: reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the platform; create automated accounts, bots, or scripts simulating human behavior; publish content that infringes copyright or other third-party rights; use the service for illegal purposes or in ways harmful to other users.
7. Suspension and termination
Relicário may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other legitimate reason. You may close your account by requesting deletion in your settings or by emailing [email protected].
8. Limitation of liability
Relicário is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, data loss, or inaccurate information about cataloged works.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the user's place of domicile shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
