RELICÁRIO is an encyclopedic media database of anime, series, and films. This page describes how we handle third-party images and intellectual property, and how rights holders can request content removal.
1. Image usage
RELICÁRIO displays only official promotional material: posters, key visuals, and covers provided by studios, publishers, and distributors for work identification. These images are used solely as identification metadata, not as entertainment content.
2. What we do not use
We do not use, under any circumstances: episode frames or screenshots, film or series scene captures, manga or comic scans, fan illustrations (fan art), or any unofficial artwork.
3. Legal basis
The use of official promotional material for informational and encyclopedic purposes is supported by Brazilian Copyright Law (Lei nº 9.610/98), which permits lawful use of protected works for informational purposes. This is the same model adopted by platforms such as IMDb and Wikipedia.
4. How to request content removal
If you are the rights holder (or an authorized representative) and believe that content available on Relicário infringes your rights, send a notification containing all of the information below:
- 1 Your full identification (name or company name) and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- 2 Clear identification of the protected work whose rights you claim have been infringed
- 3 The exact location of the content on Relicário — the URL of the page and a description of the material to be removed
- 4 Your contact details (email and, if possible, phone number)
- 5 A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material was not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law
- 6 A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- 7 Your physical or electronic signature
